At Y Feng Shui, we take pride in the quality of our feng shui products, many of which are made from natural materials such as liuli (colored glaze), natural wood, and obsidian. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Natural Variation Notice
- Many of our items are hand-crafted from natural materials, which means each piece is unique.
- Natural grain patterns, textures, and minor differences in color are normal and not considered defects.
- All product photos are taken based on actual items, but due to lighting conditions, angles, and individual screen display, slight color differences may occur.
These variations are not eligible for refund or exchange.
2. Refund Conditions
We only accept refund requests under the following condition:
- The product is damaged during shipping.
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must provide video proof of the unboxing process clearly showing the damage when the package is first opened.
- The video must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Upon verification, we will coordinate with the shipping provider and contact you for further steps.
3. Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7–14 working days to your original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be canceled unless we are unable to fulfill the order due to stock or internal issues.
Please double-check your order before confirming payment.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do not offer refunds or cancellations for the following:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Natural variations in grain, texture, or color.
- Perceived differences due to lighting or screen settings.
- Incorrect address provided by customer.
- Delay in shipping due to customs or courier service.
