Delivery Information

At Y Feng Shui, operated by VPOWER Direct Enterprise (JM1005571-P), we are committed to ensuring your feng shui items reach you safely and efficiently. Please read the following delivery terms carefully before placing your order.


1. Shipping Time

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 working days after payment confirmation.

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays (Malaysia time).


2. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

We only charge shipping costs; any customs duties, taxes (e.g. VAT), or import-related fees are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges vary by country and are beyond our control.


3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. However, customers outside Malaysia are fully responsible for any applicable import taxes, customs duties, handling fees, or regulatory compliance in their country.


4. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping details (name, address, contact number) are accurate before placing your order.

We will not be held responsible for any loss, delay, or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


5. Failed Delivery / Return to Sender

If the delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • No one being available to receive the package;
  • Refusal to accept the parcel;
  • Inability to contact the recipient;

and the parcel is returned to us,

The customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost for resending the item.


6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your item is damaged during shipping or fails to arrive, please contact us at sales@yfengshui.store within 48 hours of receiving (or expected delivery date).
We will assist you to the best of our ability, but please note that compensation or claims may be subject to courier company policies.
